These are the basic tools required for her surgery. As before, knife to cut an opening Oh, this is the spare part I obtained from the mfr Scissors to cut an opening @10mm. I realized that the opening need not be big cos TPE’s elasticity is really good. Cut all the way in till you reach the frame Found some black substance. Not sure what it is Anyway, remove as much as possible.

I really hope the handful of members here who have been avoiding and/or denigrating TPE dolls as "disposable" review your thread. Clearly they can be repaired, as you have demonstrated here. Just depends on working with the right manufacturer and having the right skills/patience.
Thank you again for this post...such a valuable reference for years to come.

Thanks for the compliment and I am honored. How I wish I had an attired nurse with me. But of course, if there was, I would not be that stupid to continue with this operation but to.....Toruf wrote:You are an amazing surgeon!!! And a photographer as well I might add. Either you are using a carefully positioned GoPro to capture all these steps in great, clear detail or you've got a great nurse on backup....and I hope if so she's also properly attired for the role!

Camera was set at 2 seconds delay for those shots. After posting wrist repair, I realized it could be of great help to those facing the same problem but may not be very handy. So, I tried to capture all vital scene and hope I did not missed any.
Manufacturer was very helpful answering my doubts on glue application, TPE elasticity & etc before operation been carry out. They were also kind enough to send me the parts for free.
