That backdrop is 5' x 7' and the first one I have ever bought, I don't even have a stand, It was just pinned to the wall and I was just really interested to find out what they were like. My photo skills are basic and I make it up as I go along. On them shots I knew I wanted the background to look as big as possible, I just kept playing until it was just on the edge of the frame. I don't cut, edit or anything much you get what I see. I have just bought myself lights too. Anyways this one better shows the real size
Hi again Tommo, thanks for posting that last pic, it's always handy to see what others use for their setup for pics. Looks like you have a couple of those big light boxes like me, they really do make a difference, especially this time of year. I found a backdrop stand on eBay for under £20 that works pretty well which I keep in my lounge and I now have several backdrops hanging on it. I meant to say, that's a nice shot of Victoria sitting on the bed with the sunlight on her.
I like your new big jungle backdrop.
Your girl would make a good "Lara Croft Tomb Raider" character using that backdrop.
I was just thinking, you may be able to remove or reduce the vertical creases in the backdrop by getting out your iron and ironing board.
A LOW heat on the iron and carefully running the iron over the creases may help?
Maybe try it on a tiny area in the corner or edge first though.
Just a thought.
Hi again Tommo and djcdoll, I found out the hard way that those back drops can only cope with an iron on its coolest setting, someone mentioned to me that a good way to get rid of the creases is to get hold of a long cardboard tube and roll the back drop on it. A good place to get them would probably be a carpet store?

I was just suggesting he try a test first on a small area at an edge or corner.
