You can order from WM dolls directly. There are dealers in several European countries: Poland (Beautifuldolls), Germany (Doll Studio), and France (Asian Dolls). The French dealer's website is http://www.asiandolls.fr/. I'm unsure whether they have a physical shop you can visit.

Apparently, Realistic Lovedolls doesn't take care of the VAT. I would ask one of the vendors I listed. I'm not an expert. I live in the U.S., where, according to some vendors, things are too easy going.
