Thanks EroSennen23, Glad you like her so far.

While the rest of the country was moving into a heat wave, New Mexico was finally getting a break from record heat, earlier this week.
I took advantage of the cooler weather and skipped ahead to do work out in the garage / shop, prepping arm and leg armatures.
I'll start by making the leg skins for reference since this is a new patten.
Sunshine minky and poly felt sewn and ready for turning.

From l to r:
2 humerus in 1/2" PVC
2 ulnas and radius in 3/8 PEX ending in 1/8" doll armatures for the 2nd and 4th phalanges.
2 femurs and tibias in 1/2" PVC ending in 1/2" tees trimmed and polished.
6 metatarsels in in 3/8" PEX ending in 1/4" doll armatures for the toe phalanges.

Close up of the PEX / doll armature joints.
Counter sunk brass screws are run thru a tapped doll armature end while leaving the PEX exit hole untapped to allow the screw to cut it's own groove.

With the leg skins turned out and the daily temps now rising, I'll go back to finishing the torso.

Marking the area on the shoulder I'm ready to start sewing the shoulder joint on.

I'll start sewing down the joint by stitching the center axis of the joint to the center of my marked circle.

Next I'll start to sew the unfinished edge under leaving the joint proud.

By continuing to stitch around the joint it will start to flush out.

Then I'll repeat for the right shoulder.
Note markings for right nipple.

Nipples are attached in a similar way to the shoulder joints.

Torso is now ready for legs and tail.

Moving on to the connective tissues of the leg armatures.
Using W/P canvas layered over poly felt I'll sew up the knee joints.
Attachment:
image.jpg
image.jpg [ 167.14 KiB | Viewed 3529 times ]

After turning the knee joints are stuffed and sewn shut.
Stitching small circles will help in locating pins as I work.
Attachment:
image.jpg
image.jpg [ 169.13 KiB | Viewed 3529 times ]

W/P canvas is sewn into a tube to be used as the pins for the joints.
Pins are sewn shut on one end, stuffed and sewn to one side of the knee joint.

The pins are then sewn shut and sewn on their second side to close the joint.

Using a large upholstery needle and nylon cord to tighten and secure the joints, I'll sew back and forth thru the pins.

Because this leg is going to have a digiped style, I want to reduce the extension of the knee joint, so that it does not extend fully.
I'll sew some little patches in the ends of the joints to serve as stops.
With these sewn on the knee joints are ready to be glued to the femur and tibia.
Attachment:
image.jpg
image.jpg [ 172.75 KiB | Viewed 3528 times ]

For the connective tissue of the feet I'll sew up some poly poplin with some poly felt.
Attachment:
image.jpg
image.jpg [ 146.39 KiB | Viewed 3528 times ]

The connective tissue is then sewn into 3 pockets for each of the metatarsels.
A cross strap is then sewn on to use for attaching to the tibia.
Attachment:

image.jpg [ 157.95 KiB | Viewed 3528 times ]

With the strap sewn around the tibia the leg armatures are now ready to be placed in the leg skin.

I'll finish making the legs next.

Peace,

After inserting the leg armatures into the leg skin I will stuff with premium poly-fil.

Next, I'll begin sculpting the feet, by stitching 2 metatarsal divisions and then stuffing with prem pf.
Attachment:

image.jpg [ 173.48 KiB | Viewed 3448 times ]

With metatarsal division on both feet I'll make some claws from white PUL over poly felt.
Claw have been turned and stuffed with economy poly-fil.

Then the toe skin is separated into three toes and sewn around the perimeter.

Next I'll sew one set of claws on to one leg.
Attachment:

image.jpg [ 171.25 KiB | Viewed 3447 times ]

And finishing the leg by sewing the metatarsal divisions together and finish shaping of the foot.
Attachment:

Then repeat on the second leg.
Attachment:
image.jpg
image.jpg [ 155.27 KiB | Viewed 3447 times ]

Next I'll prepare the legs for mounting on the body.
Marking the flap used for making the doll I'll out line it in disappearing ink to help with visibility.
Then making similar triangle marks on the torso will help in keeping the legs in alignment as I make my first stitches to attach them.

With just the marked triangles sewn together I'll need to sew several more times around to finish the joint.

Still not done but more than half way.
I'll pick up from here next time.

Thanks Duke Dragon, unfortunately she's gonna have to wait all night to. :plaidskirt:

With the hips almost finished I'll start preparing the tail.
I've left a gap between the butt cheeks for tail mounting.

Cutting out Minky and poly felt for the tail.

I'll sew these up and make some channels to place the doll armature in.
Tail is turned and stuffed with 3/16" armature.

Absolutely stunning! Say, how much do you charge for these "furry" sex dolls? Like another dragon for example.
