The air inside is lighter than any material on the outside.
these can be very thin and strong, i know from bikes.

Maybe a fiberglas or plastic mold ribcase with a thin flesh layer.
All the harder human parts can be hollow under a small flesh layer and a hard hollow core.
At least, thats is using silicon, tpe however seem to be a different story...

The new waist size looks good. I think any weight gain will only be a small price to pay.

This doll looks amazing. Just a couple questions.

Could you take some photos of this body with some of the other available faces? I'd especially like to see her with this face https://www.sm-doll.com/SM170E-Cup-68-p19553.html, but that head might be too big for this body.

Any plans on making the elf head with normal ears?

I can not locate this doll on your website. I was curious about the price of this doll.

edit: last question. do you have information available for your inserts-if there are different texture styles available and the measurements of the insert?

I wanted to let everyone know that I spent a few hours messaging back and forth with Star last night about the SM136 thick waist doll. She was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions, and I put down a deposit for the doll.

Star provided me with a picture of the head/body combination I was interested in, but sadly I felt that the head was too big for the body. She also provided me with a few pictures of different heads on the SM136 body and I chose face #62.

The price that Star gave me was very, very good. This doll is listed on a non-tdf approved seller (hint- a metal not as precious as gold doll) for $1999 without upgrades, which I thought was crazy. The price I was given with Evo skeleton and standing foot was significantly lower than that.
