Who or what determines the size of a cup?
I ask this question because even actually the manufacturer of my doll does not know which cup is my doll.

It would, according to my manufacturer, must be cup B, but only with adjustments to the closure and remove the metal bracket (for this kind of bras)
No normal bra on the market suits my doll.

As usual, Wikipedia has an article on this question:

In short, it's based on a series of measurements that are then compared. Note also that it's not entirely standardized, and varies (especially) from one country to another.
