Kim's corner of the Castle (WM 168E)
Re: Kim's corner of the Castle (WM 168E)
If this is going to be your first doll I'll be honest both of these dolls will be a work out.
I agree so much on the height I have a 148 that is gorgeous but she is just to short. If your looking for something tall enough but light with some curves. Take a look at a WM 165 D if I could go back in time this would have been my first doll.
She is a little thin but still has some decent size breasts and a round bottom. Will be a great starter.
Unless you are very fit and very patient I would not start with a doll over 70 or so pounds it's all stiff fragile dead weight.

No problem! Thanks for the direction! Is there a site that has pics of the kim version? As for the weight i've been prepping by getting used to lifting two 45 lbs dumb bells. Very heavy indeed but I also have been planning smart thanks to this forum! I got a tall roller chair with the roller blade casters and I plan on getting the standing option feet also. I also noticed in one thread a member suggested swapping the feet bolts out for carriage bolts to help save on wear and tear of shoes etc so I will look into that after a bit. So the 168 is pretty hard to pose then? As for the 165 I did consider but I think the 158 has a more even look in the leg department and is the same weight as the 165 and is also a D cup. The 165 calf area of the legs seem a bit to thin for me so I'm willing to sacrifice a few inch difference for a thicker look! I just want a doll thats at least 5 ft which the 158 clears :p. Plus I love the #86 head and I've seen it on the 158 cm "Gwen" body and I like it. I'm currently waiting on pics from the factory as to how that head looks on the 161 and that will be my deciding factor. I've seen some heads that make the neck appear elongated and I don't want that. But anyways, thanks a bunch for all the feed back!Billiam wrote:Oh sorry about the link if you go further up three page there is another that will get you there. For the WM 168 E there are two versions that are almost the same. Kim is the newer model with a little smaller waist and hips but she has an updated vagina that looks almost real. She weights 90 lbs the same as a 161. I almost went with the 161 it's a good looking body.

Doh! well I already ordered a head through 1am so if I went with another vender it probably wouldn't match haha. They've been awesome thus far. But your doll is a beaut for sure! do you have like a gallery on here some where? I haven't figured out what the protocols are for such things yet. (like where people put photo shoots etc.) I love the potential of these dolls for their art applications! I want to check out peoples work. I'm already putting together a photo shoot concept and I haven't even ordered a full doll yet haha.(Steampunk Cowgirl ) i'm excited about it though! As for the mods and such I've looked up MFs stuff its pretty awesome! Perhaps when hes not so swamped i'll hit him up. Thanks again for all the info and feedback!Billiam wrote:If you have done all that prep work go with the 168. I just didn't want to tell you to get a big doll if you were not ready but you've done your homework and are getting fit. You'll love her she is actually easier for me to pose then my 148. I don't have to bend down to pick her up. Here's the version I got http://www.dolls-castle.us/index.php?ro ... order=DESC but Kim is a fully custom doll send Dolls Castle a pm and Miracle will make sure you get the right one and hook you up with a good deal. She also inspects your doll before it leave China. For the standing feet the same guy who does the eyes does flesh colored screw caps that are going to be the best looking and better for her feet. Just search for mannequin fan and send him a p.m. he also has eye lids.

Ah I see; so vendors are basically "cubicles" in different areas of the same building metaphorically. Guess I should have waited on the 122 head then.. But I wanted something sooner I could fiddle with a bit to keep me preoccupied while waiting for the bigger purchase of the complete doll. Im going to punch the eyebrows on the heads I think but I need to practice a bit more before I do though .. But anyways, hopefully the colors will be close enough to mask with makeup hah.. (wont be ordering the doll until mid march! )As for the vendor swap I have been working with 1 am thus far so i'll go with them this time. As I don't want to just jump ship on all the efforts put forward on their end thus far. Besides.. I'm sure i'll catch the " i want a second one" fever.. (I know I will ) lol so maybe i'll give DH a try next time! Kind of funny.. I get the "Kims corner of the castle" now! haha anyways its a very nice corner! Hopefully you continue to post pics!Billiam wrote:The manufacturer is the the same even if you go with a different vendor. Jinsan is the factory for WM, YL, and OR dolls. If you want them to match they will need to be ordered at the same time. The link in my signature links back to this thread I kinda use it as a gallery. You can put pictures in threads under the manufacturer or vendor. I bought her from Dolls Castle so her thread is under their thread. My other doll I got from another vendor so she is there. There is also an eye candy section that is great for posting pics

The dental work from VonRubber is great.
I could picture her with braces in this pic. She looks familiar. I remember a cute porn star I liked that had braces for a bit.
I've seen a lot of cosplay tutorials for Leeloo. The orange is hot on your girl for sure!Billiam wrote:Tybalt wrote:Leeloo multipass's big titty sister!
Thanks a lot Tybalt now I have to do the full cosplay. Where do I find that white bandage thingy?
