Torso vendor or model suggestions

Ok - looking for recommendations-

I am looking for a torso doll. Must haves:

Medium size breasts - as realistic feeling as possible! Not super firm and good bounce
Doll should be realistic and not cartoonish. Just not my thing
Sub $1000 range

Would like:
Head & arms
Red hair option (wig)
Would love wide hips - not as in a heavy build, but just wider hips. The kind you might call “great birthing hips” on a woman

I’d really love one in the USA, even if it isn’t made here. Can anyone point me to a good vendor? Am I just dreaming? The breasts are the most important thing to me (apart from realism)
