How to maintain your love doll?

How do you maintain your love doll? Can you wash her when she's dirty? Does anyone give advice?

There must be thousands of threads on this site regarding Doll maintenance, definitely clean your doll, you want to avoid immersing the doll in a tub of water, example bathtub, etc. this could cause water to enter the metal skeleton of the doll and cause rust, mold etc. I think there are eve specific threads of the do"s and don't"s for new doll owners.

In the Advanced Search tab at the top of the page look for the type of doll you have, Silicone, TPE or Plushie and +clean or +maintain
