Mounting Summer doll head for handsfree oral

Hello! So I have another thread about this posted in one of the other boards here. I have a more refined idea of what I'm after now and figured I'd post this here since it's related to the product I'm going with. For now due to my current living conditions I can't really get a full sized doll, I need something I can discretely clean.

They are doll display busts that you attach the head to. What I want to know from any of you with experience is if these will serve my needs and if the doll will fit. Also any potential other hands free alternative. Greatly appreciate any assistance!

The one from RLSD would mount the head I think, but it may not be stable enough for your intended use. I’ve never used one but that’s my guess for what it’s worth. Maybe a Suri Torso would work better? It’s much larger of course but could open some other options as well...
