brown or pink silicone from big box stores works well for nipples on barbies. rough up the plastic a bit though for better adhesion. mixing white and brown can make tan too.

Lia's nips were done with just a bit of white glue I gave a reddish tint to. No harm to the vinyl and it's still in place.

On the 2nd Barb, I did a little more elaborate carving on the nips and Vag. The nips on this one were drilled and filled the the tip of a toothpick. What can I say, strange things happen when I get bored.
