Could someone explain to me how the head numbering works?

Hiya, so I was doing a little browsing today with the Sino dolls and I was looking at this one in particular

I'm talking about the one with the red bikini. So they claim that one is the S35 face right, but when you scroll down to the heads the S35 listed their looks completely different. Then when you scroll down a little further to the Extra heads the one they actually used in the photos is listed as S30B, but there already was a S30B! Next it gets even stranger when you find out that multiple heads are listed as being the same but they look nothing alike! So my questions are 1. What is going on here? 2. Am I looking too deep into this? 3. Is this how heads are normally listed?
4. Are my eyes just deceiving me?

As for the photo that you've shown. Both girls are S30 (her official name is Linyin) and Linyin in red bikini was with a different makeup which is makeup#4 as explained in the blog also.
