Adding Tan Lines?

Hi All
I've managed to color and reinflate the doll well enough, but I was thinking about modification - does anyone know how to add tan lines to a silicone doll? Preferably in a way that can be removed too

I have no idea, but maybe look for Air Brush Cake Decorating on YouTube? The supplies should be cheap, non toxic, and easy to remove? Just a thought.
