B cup is best for the really tall dolls.
B cup pretty much looks like A cup on the 170cm + dolls.
The Starpery 174 C is actually a D cup size I'll bet ya.
Cup sizes can be very deceiving.
It's really about how they look.
C cups can look really small on a tall woman depending on shape and profile.
Ribcage to bust measurement determines cup size however many variables come into play.

I think it's best not to use cup size to describe breasts.
It is best to name them Small to Large , or extra small to extra large.
So extra small flat chest type
Small
Medium
Large
Extra Large
Huge
Extra Huge
Massive

I also think the different types of shapes of breasts could and should be used , such as.
Natural Relaxed
Breast Implants
Baby Milk (Full Natural)
Deep Cleavage (close)
Separated Cleavage (gaped)
Broad
Narrow
Uplifted
Saggy
Puffy (Nipples)

I've had a sanhui 156 in 2017. A sanhui 168 in late 2019. And presently the 161. I have loved all sanhui dolls. Reading that your bias for sanhui only hardens mine further.

Nothing is perfect I just find it easy to put up with Sanhuis shortcomings in favor of thier great features. It's just my personal preference.

However, a tall and inevitably heavy doll is not for me. It would have been for my 1st doll. But after lugging 3 dolls around for 5 years I find myself wanting the 145cm range.

But the model in the picture is my go to body type. I would just like it scaled to 145c with no exaggerated bum.

Seems like the WM175B (88cm hips) is one of the closer options for this thread.
I'm somewhere in the middle... i still like the WM172D body most of all. AK173C is nice with 90cm hips and better LHP . I'm very tempted by the WM175D, 88cm hips.. this doll has reasonable LHP but the other two beat it for proportions, for my tastes. If they redid WM172D with better LHP that might have been the only doll I ever needed.

Don't you mean hips of 92/95 for a doll standing a whopping 175cm/180cm ?
Just sayin she'd literally have no ass no thighs looking like a stick figure with small tiny hips at only 82/85cm.
Here's the RLSD 174cm B doll as an example with 92cm hips and 63.5cm waistline.

Actually at 175cm tall she'll be optimal with a nice 94cm at the very least for great looking ass and at 180 tall would need to be about 97cm hips minimum but 180cm is really pushing it with the weight, i just believe 175cm is the limit with dolls.

Celine's measurements are 82/63/97 with 40cm shoulders and 23cm feet (European feet size 36/36.5).
She's almost perfect except for her disproportionate hips compared to her 63 waistline!
Indeed, these two measurements mean that this model is both size XS and S/M, therefore impossible to dress easily.
Example with short shorts size S / M (38 strong) the only one able to go around his hips which literally floats at belly height with 8 to 10 cm too much!
In fashion, this difference is an impossible scenario to consider, it does not exist in nature except for women in size XS/S who have silicone buttock implants.
Not fashion models then.
90/92 cm should be the maximum possible for a size of 62/65.

I agree. When I designed patterns and sewed clothes for my big doll, I never get it to work really well with the extremely narrow waist and large hips 49cm and 85cm. Large underbust size in comparison with the waist does not help that either

I would definitely like to own a long fasion model doll.

There is a reason why fashion models look the way they do and it has less to do with just beauty ideals than most people seem to think.

That said, they cost in one session what Celine cost to be born into life...

So you have photographed the costly human variety , that's very interesting indeed.
I was checking out Shein website for my dolls clothing and i see many of the models have wide hips and slender waistline.
Here is one of the taller ones you'd really like i think standing at 179cm , she would also have a little difficulty getting some products to fit snuggly around her waistline i imagine.

What i find interesting is my 168cm Irontech dolls in TPE resembling her very much and have same hip measurements but they have 1cm more then her at the waistline.

If her breasts are appearing smaller it's because they are as i have taken a substantial amount of air out of her hollow breasts.
