Since the Solo Flesh is no longer available, I contacted the company that makes the " bubble butt " water filled sex toy and they confirmed they DO ship to customers in the United States.
Here is a screenshot of the email and one of the product.
These are amazing, I've had a solo flesh v2, and overfilling it with warm water was by far an epic experience every time. It's tricky to overfill them, but not impossible if you use a hard straw to vent pressure while filling it so you don't run into backflow problems.

As my name suggests, I am curious to know how you would go ahead to dry it after use? I understands you fill it up, use it, and then rinse it out, but how do you dry out to prevent mold?

You can store them turned inside out. But peroxide once in a while works too.

I see. Makes sense! So, how do you fill them up in a convenient manner? Any plastic hose included? And how do you seal it so you don't accidentally pop the seal while banging?
If they work like the solo flesh V2 that I had, which I think they do..... the fill end is long enough to hold onto and fill from your faucet. Once full, it has a very tight adjustable velcro strap that goes around it. Get it snug then push down to vent air pockets out. Bit if you want it to be bigger, and more full, you have to use a hard straw to put down into it while filling to vent the extra pressure unless you have a really strong high pressure faucet. They're amazing. Very quick and easy to use

I do wonder if you would hear the water slush around inside of bubble butt while you bang it hard?
If you vent the air out of it after filling it, there's no sloshing sounds. That's as easy as just pushing down on the fill neck until nothing but water comes out then you just velcro it tight and you're good to go.
It's probably a LOT better than the soloflesh V2, but I'll wait to say until I get it.
There's no videos or real world reviews on it, but I do know it's a very popular toy so I will definitely do a proper review with good pics and videos.

No doubt! I have a WM174G with TPE gel breasts so I know what I would compare that BubbleButt against!
