What Modifications / optimations do you habe done to get the Wright reduction?

The Last two Pictures Look like a total different doll with less Hipps and smaller thigths. Also her Stomach and ripp-Cage area Look less Defined than in her Promo picture set. But that Could also be the Camera Angel, the Lingerie set and the shadows….
