A Review of ZELEX SLE

These dolls are beautiful; the only thing I really dislike is the skinny fingers; the weight isn't an issue as I'm also used to a 44kg TPE doll as my (hitherto) main girl.

However, this Zelex girl has the same problem as my TPE girl, missionary-unfriendly LHP. Since the TPE girl and my more recent Inspiration 170C are mostly photo models, spending £1800 on another doll would be for bedroom fun and I would have preferred a more forward (unrealistic) vagina for this reason. So until the TPE girl is damaged enough to warrant replacing, I'll probably not buy an SLE model, unless they later offer a more, er, practical version.

That said, if I was looking for another photo model I'd buy a 164G if she's anything like this one

I have 2 Silicone dolls with ultra soft skin and both with softer gel filled butts. The issue I have is the transition between the thighs and butt. Soft butt. Very very stiff thighs. It seems its not an issue with this new softer silicone.

ah good question - really the hardest to answer - I guess you have to say is she worth what you pay for relative to other more costly dolls-
I cannot state other manufacturers here obviously, but she is easily on par with those with retail prices around ~$2500 - and that's about most of the dolls here. Her details and all inclusive options are right there on par with those dolls and perhaps is even a better deal. With the obvious savings, you could buy a ton of clothing, shoes, and stuff for her!
However,
Those dolls up in the $3000's are higher end and have features you expect there - some with very light bodies, other not so much, higher end oral features, tight but not super tight skeletons with fluid movements, Very light heads - implanted hair as well, and a bit better hands. Some have hyper-realistic bodies and very thick and soft silicone that's manufactured in many layers top achieve the feel and so on..

..but I find this also hard to answer because she has so many great features that even the more higher end dolls miss on for their price, so it's a bit muddy answer, just because she is a really good doll with a delivered price of $1800, and no waiting time..

She is however much better built than the previous Zelex girls I have, as those are much older and improvements are significant - articulated fingers, better EXP skeleton, realistic feel that's silky smooth, hinged jaw, not a hard head, movable eyes, as opposed to my fixed eyes... it goes on and on, so yes, she is way better than last year's Zelex dolls imo. Next year will bring untold advancements and we always look back and see what improvements were innovative.

I would say the thighs are ~ 2cm thick and the butt obviously softer due to the gel there. The thighs are spongy soft but certainly not hard silicone, but not super thick

I have travelled with a 148cm super light doll - minus head and the bag was very large (~155cm) and barely fit her. It also has wheels and I modified it to carry her. Boy that was the last time I would do that again. Just way too heavy, and the doll weighed ~ 42lb!

I would not attempt to do this with a 170+ sized doll - and I travel the country for months every year with a doll in my car.

I can't help but think Zelex may be planning to have two lines - one: these dolls where they're more or less ready made, and two: continuing their existing line but at some point the SLE material will become a chooseable option. It'd make sense to cater for the custom people with the existing line + softer flesh, than to make a hundred new bodies in the new line.

I wonder if there are key differences in the casting process that prohibit the use of the same molds as their previous generation…
