I've been waiting for 3 months now with no responses to my emails except that it changed from awaiting payment to processing

I figured other people were in the same situation as me. Did you try contacting through the customer service # on your checkout page? That was the only # that responded to me until they just flat out stopped. I have a screenshot of the # posted in the thread I made about this.

My order went to “paid” within minutes after purchasing. Then a couple days later at 1AM it changed to “processing” where it remains to this day, now 5 months later.

I tried multiple times through email and text messages, but I got no response at all.

Finally got an update from SLT. Someone's been assigned to customer service to offer chargebacks on all who want them - the toys still haven't all been shipped due to supply chain issues, and the owner is apparently fighting cancer right now.

The reply I got:

It's been taking 5+ months because of the sea shipping imports "prioritized list." These personal sex toys are not considered essential so they aren't even being x-rayed until after sitting in the warehouse for over 3-4 months once they arrive. Yes, it's lengthy because of covid and also because the adult sex toy classification is not prioritized at all.

It's entirely your call to wait a bit more or just do the chargeback process and get your hard earned money back. We apologize for the inconvenience of sea shipping. I am assigned to handle all orders and shipping relations while the owner and his family are battling cancer.

Yep i got that update too. And my status changed to awaiting pickup. I was gonna get a refund but I changed my mind. I've waited so long i might as well wait a little longer. At least I now know whats going on

Owned a Pipedream 32lb hip toy and it was okay
Also had an Irontech 156cm and hated it. Wasn't prepared for a full size doll.

Out of the box had no words. Incredibly soft. Wasnt sure if it had some kind of core or skeleton. But there is nothing but soft giggley TPE.
No complaints at all. I already got a stain so keeping clean is a must. Wasnt hard to clean at all.

Very happy with this hip toy. Not the biggest out there, but on the right side of being huge yet realistic. R3 & Fantasia are crazy too big.

I’ve been back and forth with the Wet Dream and Fantasia 25inch; always wanted to have fun with an ass that big but I am worried on finding enough space for it.
