I Just received a CUDOLL from --Non-verified Vendor-- they had for sale in the US In stock. Think I may have found love. I have a realing silicone doll as well but this doll is strictly for sex. This doll is heavy but The skeleton is VERY flexible. After a very prolonged(and amazing) trial there is anal tearing on outside hole. I buy compression clothing to protect the dolls skin as it provides a protective extra layer.
I'm going to reinforce the outer 🕳 with more TPE before too much "damage" is done.
The doll manufacturers are getting better but they definitely need to create the anus for punishment, and also provide removable "cavities" which could accept removable vaginal inserts. They'd sell ALOT more dolls that way. They could always bring me on as a "consultant/quality tester.

To answer your question, I have a friend who owns a twink doll, and he enjoyed it but, it was not well lasted. I heard from his experience the anal cavity breaks apart after a while of use and have to constantly fix it for TPE dolls. He told me also he is very gentle with it and doesn't use it much anymore since it splits too easily. I do not know any silicone twink dolls. I have not used my silicone doll for anal sex due to I want it lasting a long time and not have to repair it. Until manufacturers make a durable anal portion of the male doll, I not going to risk breaking it.

This is very accurate. I got a TPE & silicone male doll & the TPE I absolutely destroyed the 🕳 and constantly have to repair. I get removable with my female dolls so this flaw isn't am issue since the "heavy activities" area can be replaced/upgraded ( I use fleshlights) WM & Zelex have newer materials but if going for a male doll, except for WM's possible S-TPE, I'd only go silicone if you plan on entering the doll. Until other companies provide a more durable option to Standard TPE.
