Personal review: Questionable professionalism and accuracy in products

I recently ordered a WM 118cm doll (https://www.sexysexdoll.com/blonde-dwar ... 10-gavona/). I've attached photos of what they are sending me. I say sending me, because I missed the email in my inbox for no less than 3 days and they shipped it without follow up or any confirmation. The photos are clearly of WM's other 118cm model, found here: https://www.sexysexdoll.com/small-mature-sex-doll/

Thus far SSD has not acknowledge that the doll is incorrect, has not apologized for their haste in shipping the doll, and only followed up after days of prompting just to tell me I'm wrong and can check when the doll arrives. If I hadn't been watching my order on their website and asked their live chat what the change in status meant, I wouldn't even know it had shipped.

All in all, they've been incredibly unprofessional and I would recommend staying away from them until they can address these issues. I'll be posting updates here as I have them. Also, any feedback or support on how to rectify this if they don't come up with a solution would be appreciated.

Furthermore, if you read the listing, it is inconsistently referred to as a YL and WM doll. Both have 118cm models. YL's 118CM looks to have a larger bust but is closer to this model. I have no idea what model is actually on the listing at this point though. Photos have WM watermarks for what it's worth, but WM's site does not list this model. I am confused and feel misled.

Update: SSD has told me that they believe the doll is correct, but they are investigating. Their entire warehouse staff is on vacation (Chinese new year) so that's very inconvenient and will not have an answer until next week. For the record, SSD emailed me photos on the 1st (which i missed somehow), and shipped it on the 3rd without a follow up, confirmation, or tracking information. I was only able to get tracking from their live support staff. They claim they will fix the issue if the doll is indeed wrong, which is nice to hear but they already won't budge when i dispute the photos. It begs the question how we know definitively. Do these dolls have a serial number or other identifying feature? WM's own website doesn't list dolls under 140cm, which is infuriating.

Update: SSD is sending a full replacement doll after they recognized that there was indeed a mix-up on the skus. There are in fact 3 common 118 models: 2 from WM and another from YL. The one I was trying to purchase is a much less known WM 118L, so it seems like it just slipped by and I was sent a normal WM 118. An easy enough mistake to make. I'm thankful to SSD for working with me on this, and I believe most of the issue is a result of them just trying to get the doll to me before they went out of the office. I'm happy with this resolution. I will post a final update when I receive my final doll.
