Is that a custom made head? Is it available to order regularly? Looks extremely similar to Frierend's face.

This is great to see! I made a Frieren cosplay for my 125cm doll too, but the heads I got were tricky to improvise with, so I put that project on hold for now. This head would really complete that dream
