USA office and possibility of repairs for our clients!

Hi guys, as you all know we opened an office in USA. We can send the package also directly from USA if someone wants it and is willing to pay additional shipping.

What is the best... If something would happen during the transport, we will offer repairs. Now it's easier for us all

Would customers be able to send dolls in for repairs that need repairs/maintenance due to normal use and aging?

It's in Eastern Pa. I've been trying to get an exact location to pick up a doll and I'm not getting an answer.

They gave me a local pick-up price 4 days ago but I'm still waiting for a location??? I'm thinking they don't actually have the doll in stock and maybe they're just fishing for information.

I don't have any information about Albrightsville but I am located in Lancaster Pa and will have 3 new viola dolls in stock as well as the Linda and Macy heads on 8/15 Check out my site roxysdollhouse.com for updates and info.
I've been in contact with BD about doing repair for them and we are selling the Viola from Yourdollshop with the possibility of offering a variety of dolls from BD in the near future once we get something worked out with them.

Great news! I have a BD Anime doll with improved skeleton that needs shoulder repair and a bit of sewing on her back looks like it was never done. Could I send this in for repair?
