The only thing I'd change are the unintentional side effects her plastic surgeries had, like the Symmastia (uniboob effect) and maybe have her hit the rhinoplasty jackpot where her nose looks perfect from all angles.

Yeah her calves are great, i would Just like to see abit more quad development. Like this is a fetish of mine (ill list all of em some time later lol), but when girls (or my doll, and hopefully my future doll) wear tights, like black leather tights, i love to see the muscles in the quads with a nice Sweep. Popping out if you will. (Will post a good photo later if I can find a good one). Calves look good though.

Yes I would too, but...
The 3D modeled example I posted was originally 165cm height. The volume comes up at 60.5l so around 60kg of weight, already heavier than pretty much any doll ever made.
And that was with a stylized body with an unnaturally slim waist and anatomically unfeasible petite torso.
