This is interesting. I fix wrecked cars for a living, bpo is the active chemical in body filler hardners, (bondo) ..they are typically polyester resin fillers, (plastic).... uv light triggers the reaction of the bpo (benzol peroxide) with the polyester resin in a way that if there is to much bpo/poly resin ratio, it causes a condition called staining. A white car left in the sun will start to show where all the filler is through the paint. The top coat gets "stained" it is a chemical reaction and theres no going back. It looks like the bpo has caused a chemical reaction in the doll that wont go away. I dont think any stain remover is going to change a thing. My guess is whatever chemical makeup of the tpe that gave it its color has been altered by the peroxide. I would personally love to know the chemistry behind it. Were any other dolls you used the bpo on darker in color maybe? Maybe bpo is actually what is added to the dolls tpe chemical mix to color them darker/ tan?? something to think about. Or maybe theres a darker pigmented tpe under the surface skin of your doll? And the bpo pulled those pigments to the surface.? Only way to verify would be to cut into it, i think these tpe dolls are poured all at once though, no coating on the mold. Could just look at it like a birthmark.. now shes unique.

@Dollomite
Wow! you posted exactly what I was thinking last night while reading the posts. I really do think what ever they used to color the tpe the bpo pulled the dye to the surface and that it's a chemical reaction so their is no fixing it
