I've only had my doll for a couple months and while I was moving her into position she snapped. She basically can't stand up anymore. I typically move her into doggy and missionary positions, and I don't think I did anything out of ordinary. I've emailed the manufacturer and they said "...for replacement body, after you arrange the shipping of the broken doll to one of our posts, the inspector will send us a report of non-repairable and we’ll make you a new body
"I've never shipped internationally and I'm not sure how to go about it. I checked online for FedEx, DHL and they are about $1100-1200 (USD). I looked a bit into it and found a site, ship2asia, and if anyone knows about sites like these for shipping, as the shipping would be about ~$400. Has anyone had a similar experience about having to ship to China from the US?
