Gel Implant moved or broke

Okay so is there a way to tell if a gel implant has moved, ruptured or otherwise failed?

I have a realdoll about a year old with body type F that has the gel implants in the breasts and the butt.
One of the butt implant feels off is the best description I have for it. It is fine in the bottom and middle feels normal but the very top of the butt feels different than the left and a bit odd. It has shown no visual signs just noticeable to the touch.

How do I know what is going on in there? I assume if it moved in the manufacturing it's not big deal but if it has ruptured what are the problems this could lead to and could this be a seriously damaging concern for my doll?

Anyone ever have this problem and have some advise as to do I leave it? Can it be fixed?

Before anyone asks yes I have contacted Realdoll and since there is no visual damage their comment was just leave it alone but that's not very comforting and leaves me with lots of questions as you can see.
