Seen both the CGi docking SFM works, plus some innovative silicone creators works there as well.

There are videos on pornhub that feature the concept you are discussing , but in CGI, and also some videos were users and device creators have made devices similar to the appliance you describe, however, I can not recall if they left procurement details.

additionally you could get one made custom out of Silicone, I know PIB (Private Island beauties) does some weird and wonderful toys, or you could get a commission done by this bloke

There is some one on here that make toys, I seen a few pictures that they posted. It was a penis dildo on one side, on the other side it was a pussy and tits for balls. I am sure they can make you one.

I do not like it very much, but most probably would buy one. I could not find any similar toy anywhere, which is sad. A penetrable woman urethra would be cool too...
