Ordered an SM 136cm Elf doll for a USA customer in light brown skin:

This is what I got:

Apparently when SM change the TPE suppliers, they don't tell you, and you just have to live with it.
So now I have to compensate the customer - manufacturer exempt from any responsibility.

Makes ya wonder how dark their brown is if the light brown is that dark.

Apparently they changed the TPE supplier, but naturally did not update the website to reflect this.
Non-Western marketing at its finest!

Is she in the US or UK? I'm sure you'll have plenty of interest, but if not and if she's in the UK, send her up to me and I'll do a marketing shoot like I did for your WM166C
