Piercings are pretty easy. Just poke through with a sewing needle, pin or the earring post itself. I just use clip-ons myself. Nips are easily shaded with regular makeup or permanent markers. I use Chartpak brand markers for that, but they're touchy to work with and can't be removed if you change your mind.

Larry’s ear, eyebrow and nipples are all pierced. Pretty simple, actually. Use a needle first and follow through with the piercing jewelry. You can use darker eyeshadows to darken the nipples as well.
I love and have loved many dolls.

Do you need to seal the nipples with anything! I want my doll to look as real as possible and thank you for the responses!

Well, there used to be a clear sealant made by grimreefer24601, but none of us have heard from him in over a year.

well now that DG has run out of the clear sealer and can't get any more, I'm not sure what she can use to seal in the color, but I think she is going to want to use a powdered eyeshadow to color my nipples from now on.

Powder makeup or the liquid type CAN bet set into the TPE.
I use power makeup to do the nipples to my liking, then finish with baby oil.
Fold over some paper towel to make a pad and saturate with baby oil. Then place over the nipples.
Dress her in a T shirt to keep the oil pads in place. Wait overnight or longer and seems to be set fine.
Apparently with the oil and time the makeup becomes a stain to the TPE.
Works with oil pastels also.
Cheers!

I did not know that. I thought baby oil was used only to remove makeup. I might give that a try with Larry. Thank you.
