Just got my first doll....I need a little help!

Hi,
My first doll arrived today. I have gotten him out of the box and into a chair. He seems to be in good shape all except for one foot. Can anyone please help me with this? Or tell me whether or not this is fixable? He is an IronTech doll. I will attach images of the foot in question.

I think it all depends if there is a joint there, it could just be rotated. If there is not a joint there, then it could be bent metal. I recommend sending these photos to your vendor, they can begin the process of checking with Irontech.

Thanks. I honestly can't tell if there is a joint there...or at least one that can rotate. I have contacted the vendor. I was hoping someone here would have experienced something similar and were able to fix it.

If it is a listed manufacturer or vendor, you can go to their section for question. People will reply to you quickly.

Then you vendor needs to check with Irontech to help you solve this issue. I guess something went wrong during the transportation.

Man, these manufacturers need to start packing their dolls better! Yeah, delivery people are brutes, but that's common knowledge and it's not going to change anytime soon. So it's up to the manufacturers to pack accordingly.

Yes, normally you should have an answer tomorrow morning. Irontech is very reactive and they speak relatively good English. Never had any issue with them.

Oh! Ouch! That is not something any doll lover wants to see ever, especially upon the arrival of their doll. I am so sorry. I hope you are able to get a replacement doll, as that injury is pretty serious!

Oh I bet. I remember my joy turning to sadness upon Lance and Landon’s injury discoveries. It looks as if you have excellent photo documentation to file a claim.
