The only thing that has changed is LHP (love hole placements).
The old dolls had LHP way too high up on the crotch like this 6Ye 166cm A cup in the photo below that is virtually same doll as this one from HR manufacturing.

I would love to see a taller version of this doll at 172cm with similar breasts size and look , ofcourse the taller one would have all measurements increased to bring this body look to the taller height and it would weigh more but still be one of the less heavy really tall dolls out there.
