13 cm TPE sleeve - Carmen

I have seen online that Carmen sleeve is 13 cm, but my penis is a bit more... will I be ok using it? Also, people online say that the sleeve is tight, will it get comfortable over time?.

I found both of the inserts little bit too tight with UFdolls Kitty. I think they are 2cm and 2,5cm inserts. Now i have done new insert of Fleshlights utopia insert. Just cut the length of original insert and remove all but inner tube section. Its softer and little bit more loose than the original. Strong recommendation from me
