Hi, Muesky. I had a contact lens trial at my optometrist and it was an epic fail. I must have tried 10 times to get it into my eye and I just couldn't manage it. So glasses it is, all the way. I love my frames, anyway. The shape and colour really suit me - so I'm a happy camper.

Getting lens to make contact with your eyes is even harder with pairs of glasses. The frames always interfere and seem to prevent them from making contact.

I used to wear contacts when I was a young adult and it was quite an adjustment. I made the mistake of falling asleep in them one time though. Not fun digging it out from the top of the eyeball…

I've worn cosmetic contacts before but only started using proper contacts this year. Not sure if I'll get used to them. I keep having to rapidly blink whenever they move. Anyone who has witnessed this probably thinks I'm trying to flirt with them VERY badly lol

Surprise!! Hey all. Hope everyone has been well in their respective parts of the Globe? Sorry that Nate and I have been a bit M.I.A. As one or two of you might know work has been kicking my ass lately and even when not working I have been super tired. Doing 45-50 ish hours a week when your only supposed to be working 30 does not a happy Nyx make. Working for bosses I don't like and being away from my cheeky monkey so much has not been fun. Just wanted to let you all know we are still around though and Nate and I will be catching up on the threads we have missed.

P.S Nate wanted to show you all how much he's missed you, naughty monkey!!
