Fleshlight insert for UFD (repost)

Hey

I just wanted to share really easy way to convert any traditional fleshlight to Ultimate Fantasy Dolls compatible insert.

Main reason for my experiment was, that I personally I felt the original insert bit too tight and rough. Could be the lube or something, but also the texture was not the best I've experienced. Fleshlights however are much softer and they come with any texture one might imagine.

So... conveniently it happens that after some basic scissoring fleshlight fits to the doll perfectly and is also way easier to insert. The sensation is totally different and something I am very happy with. Do not blame me if you cut all your fleshies after trying one as an insert .)

The process is very simple... All you need is sharp tip scissors.

First: cut the end off (along the yellow line as show in the picture below). To do this first you need to cut towards the center to form a small hole and after that is done, you can just cut all the way around and the end will separate nicely.

Second: cut the wings off from the sleeve itself. It doesn't matter if some excess gets left behind. Rather cut little less that little too much. This part is very easy.

Third: This is the hardest part where you really need to focus bit more. At this point you should have almost finished modification in you hand. All what is undone is the rather swelled lump on other end of it. You MAY need to cut that out so that the width pretty much matches with rest of the sleeve. I found out that it is easiest to cut if you hold the fleshlight from that lump and let other end fall towards floor freely. Then you can clearly see the line where you should be cutting. It doesn't matter if cut bit too little, but too much will pretty much ruin the insert. Also remember that some fleshlight textures may have wider expansion at this area, so cutting way less might actually be advised. Cut from 4 main sides first and then work out the betweens and betweens of the betweens... That way you will end up round enough shape.

Also worth notifying is that fleshlights are not closed design. Their hole will go all the way thru. This means that unless you use some rubber band design, glue or melt TPE to the end of insert, cleaning the doll afterwards might need some extra attention...

Yep, I close off my fleshlights with a rubber band. TPE glues don't really do well with fleshlights because they're TPR. Still, it makes cleanup pretty easy.

First time I had to cut an insert to mod it I was surprised at how tough the material was lol. Had to bust out the hardcore Cutco scizzors for the job.

This is good information and I am going to try this soon. Looks like it will make a good option for inserts. Thanks to the OP for this tutorial! I need rubber bands LOL.

Does this work fairly well for WM dolls with an insert?

I have owned a WM Doll, but one of the small framed ones. The insert was very similar to the PipeDream UFD. If it worked on one brand, it should work on the other.
