Heads popping off

Does anyone else have a problem with the head popping off during physical activity? Even just moving or repositioning, I get the head popping off sometimes. Is this normal, or am I maybe putting it on wrong? Does it need to screw into place or are the ball bearing supposed to hold it there.

Hi, sounds like you may need to adjust the grub screw on those bearings so they are protruding more. Just screw them in a little so that the head clicks on, also make sure that both bearings are able to engage. Sometimes the neck bolt screws into the neck too far so you may need to stuff something down the tube.

I have the quick snap connector for all my guys and even with it tightened all the way, the darn heads still want to come off, even when snapped in. I have the WM quick snap connectors though.

I don't mind the threaded neck connectors. I use Teflon tape and keep one end in a head at all times, and use nylon washers to not get a rattling.

I assumed you had to special order the snap on fittings. Is that the case?

No, the quick snap connectors came with the dolls, along with the traditional m16 screw.

Heh.. yes I did "head" mistake long time ago when I took pics Pati in countryside. While positioning next bushes on field accidentally her head with hat and glasses fell off straight to the mud! Session was over and that was a good lesson for me to make positioning first without head attached
