Issues with trying to order from LoveDolls

I went through the entire customization of a LoveDoll original doll and when I clicked "checkout" nothing showed up in the basket. I tried a second time and my basket included a bunch of stuff I didn't order and DIDN'T include a lot of the option that I DID order. It seems that the only method of contact is a diologue box on their website. Does anyone have an email address for LoveDolls? Many Thanks.

No response or acknowledgement from Lovedolls despite THREE EMAILs, TWO WEBSITE Messages AND 1 PM.
level of service.

I am getting worried about my money given this lousy level of service.
