8thW has a progressing single line of Teddy Babes. First, it was TB Standard. Later they had TB Deluxe. The latest line is the TB Deluxe+.
There were some overlaps in time, till they ran out of the old bodies.
8thW pre-customize their line of Teddy Babes. There were 28 models of TBDs and there are 25 models of the TBD+'s.
The Babes have their own names.
In addition the Babes can be ordered customized with alternative eyes, hair, lips, fingernails, pubic hair.
Later in the Babe's life, if desired, it is easy to glue on new eyes, change the hair-pieces. Clothing is always optional.
Please, observe the changes for Sonya and Nicole.

Yeah, but those are just minor cosmetic changes. However you option it, there's still only one body type currently available. What J was proposing is a modular doll, with different possible body type configurations. Different breast sizes, hips, limbs, torsos, etc.
You are correct Mr. Franz. I wish they would have kept all three models going - at least. The Standard and Deluxe models were popular. I mentioned these comments to my Babes and their suggestion was that I should write down what is not to like about their perfect bodies. They will vote on my comments and if I lose, they'll borrow Mr. Franz's violin to play me a tune.

When I was originally considering a Teddy, I was leaning toward their Bianca face, but in the Dianna skin tone with smaller breasts. At the time EW was unwilling to do that. I guess the deluxe is available in the darker skin tone now, but they've since discontinued the smaller breast option. So, I decided to look elsewhere and ended up finding dolls I liked better.
I post pictures of my Babes as a public service. I hope most forum members like to look at them, like I like to look at pictures of other Babes. Mr. Franz has a nice collection.
I once had a silicone Doll. I didn't care to handle the weight and the upkeep / maintenance. I also developed an allergy to the sweet smell - probably of the coloring agent in the silicone.
I have been lurking in the "Dolls in General" and "Open Forum" sections for a while, and I am amazed at the life-like quality of the silicone and TPE Dolls. But I am also amazed that people are willing to handle 40-100 lbs. and do all the maintenance.

Teddy Babes: EW has a business to run and I make the best of what they have/had to offer. I did have to make a mod to every Babe - about 4-6 hrs. of work - to make them missionary compatible, but the results were/are very rewarding. One thing: Teddy Babes are very demanding on my time. I am willing to spend my time with them.

As for the pubic hair, that can be switched with the pubes of any of the other Babes. (Or you could go with no pubic hair at all)
The eyes and lips can be switched as well. While Eighth Wonder doesn't do any major customizations, these are all things that they will work with you on.
No matter how pretty she is, there is a guy out there somewhere who is tired of her shit!

Stewie is correct. I want to add: the pubes have no socially redeeming value, unless you enjoy rug-burns.
It is very difficult to remove them (acetone). Just note on your order: no pubes.
The good thing with Babes, it is permanent, you don't need to shave her again and again.

But Cordelia could be Jasmin's twin sister, with darker eyes.
