warming methods?

Doing my research, curious what everyone's go to method for warming dolls is? I've a lot using warm blankets, or just warm water baths? thanks in advance

Australian temperatures near the coast very rarely get below freezing, electric blanket is more than sufficient to warm a doll

Just try not to forget it’s on. I have read some people have forgotten a usb heater inside the doll and found it partially melted or deformed. TPE is more susceptible to deformation at higher temps so a heating blanket with enough time could be…
And with a bath you want to keep the neck and feet (if standing bolts) above the water so it does not fill internal cavities. It’s apparently really difficult to fully dry it out if that happens.
And with TPE there is the somewhat porous nature to it and it’s said that it can become waterlogged given enough time but I would take that with a grain of salt as it seems like it would take a really long time to get waterlogged. :drinking:

Overall my understanding is if it’s comfortable for you and no direct heat, it should be fine.
Personally I just warm a room up and leave her in it for a few hours. They naturally become room temp.
