By changing the size of the yarn and the crochet hook, size can be changed. Or, you can knit multiple strands together, too.

I'm learning 3D CAD, sewing, needle felting, and now also crochet knitting (embroidery to come soon also) to make lifesize fabric dolls of my own ideal.

Now I would still have to be able to crochet. I tried that once, but my fingers are too fidgety for that.
