I don't have any photos of unfinished Tayu heads. But the look will be similar based on unfinished heads from other manufacturers I have seen. Basically mannequin like.

Agreed. I think manufacturers get torn (no pun intended) between aesthetics, durability and useability. They often side with aesthetics over durability and useability because that's what they think customers are after; and maybe they are, until they realize that small aesthetically pleasing holes will tear without fail in silicone. Hyper realistic photo models generally (almost, if not always) do not make good sexual use dolls, at least not without premature tearing and "paint" wear. There is no free lunch, either choose visual realism, useability or durability. All three in one doll is not possible, I am not aware of any manufacturer that can offer even two of three.

Do you plan to repair it? Did you tell this to MRD?

No plan to repair it. Don't know what caused it/don't want a refund or anything. Anyway, it's better with a snapped spine because in missionary her legs swing at the hips (more interactive). And even if i reported it to MRD they may express their concerns, but i doubt i'd get any money back or anything. Dolls: too in their infancy imo; way too heavy. Even QingZhi 19kgs: still bloody heavy. Makes me think i'm better off with a high end $200-300 inflatable or happydoll or teddybabe etc. But my contradictory nature still desires another doll...i'm a sucker; these doll companies are such clever marketers; they know how to dress and pose the doll, but the reality is there are so many downsides...same with anything i guess

I’m ok with you about the advertisement of dolls. That’s why I took my time to choose and understand all things about dolls like material, clothes with proportions, weight, pleasure…
I think Tayu stays a good brand compared to others. Everything is not perfect, we have to make some compromises. Broken skeletons seem rare but it’s scary. If you found a good way to use your doll with the spine broken, it’s good.
