@andy1324: We discussed this topic a couple of times with other dolls. According the WM's specs, this doll is an E cup (90 cm breast circumference + 69 cm under bust circumference = 70E [EU]).
However, in other areas of the world, different clothing sizes are used. The doll would get a different cup size in Japan, probably China as well, and obviously the US. As a rule of thumb, US cup sizes are about one step greater than EU cup sizes (F cup instead of E cup). We denominate the applicable region by appending an "[EU]" or "[US]" in the full specs. Though, we can not put every detail into the doll's label.
If we would not normalize bra sizes based on the official manufacturer specifications, customers would complain that the G cup bra they just purchased doesn't fit their doll, or why we state 'misleading' labels which do not match with the specs.
There is no perfect approach to labeling dolls. The best way we have figured out in the past decade is to be consistent. Especially consistent across different brands.
