I just recently purchased a piper 150cm big breast akira. I'm waiting for her to arrive but in the meantime I would like to get some clothes for her. Does anyone know what size would fit her?

Hi, welcome to TDF

Not sure whether you’re gonna go bra shopping for your girl or not but I can give a bit of advice in that regard.

You gals measurements appear to be:-

Underbust: 53cm….21”
Bust: 90cm….36”

I’ll just mention a few obvious points just in case your new to doll ownership.
Dolls have small frames/underbusts compared to their humie counterparts. Their breasts are sculpted to look as they would in a natural, unsupported, vertical hang so they won’t squish in the cups like humie ones.

When trying to source bras for our girls there’s always gonna be a bit of trial and error and a degree of compromise.

Bra sizing is a bit of a minefield. Essentially the cup size is determined by counting up from the underbust to the bust measurement…A is 1” over underbust, B is 2” over and so on.

Your gal is a 15” difference so that’s a K (U.K. size) cup… “hold on” you say, “K’s only 11”.
Well yeah but there’s DD, FF, GG, HH, JJ….and no I.
So in effect she’s a 21K…which doesn’t exist..not in the humie world.

What you have to do is use tools like sister sizing, a bit of guesstimating and bra magic…not really, only joking
(No I’m not)

There are certain bra manufacturers that do 26” bands but they’re expensive and a bit of a pain to source.
A lot more offer 28” banding and you can pick some up online fairly cheaply under $/£10.
And a lot of unstretched 28” bands are shorter, sometimes 22-24”ish and when on the tightest clips damn close to 21”…not too far from a perfect fit for you gal.

I suggest buying a cheap 28” band bra.
Scour Bratabase ( https://www.bratabase.com ) for a 28 with a relatively short band…like the Curvy Kate below.
It’s band is 22.5” so on the tightest clips would be a fairly good fit for your gal…as for the cups..sister sizing (adjusting band/cup length/volume for a better fit) would suggest probably pegging back on the JJ cup to a GG, H or HH.
So, yeah, I’d recommend starting with a cheap U.K. size 28GG/28H/28HH (U.S. 28J/28K/28L) GG would probably be best option…better to have tight cups than floppy fabric. You can use this test purchase to get a better fit on future bra buys anyway

If you’re not into bras you might ignore this completely but it’s here for future reference
