I used waterproof lipstick and dab on with a Q-tip let it dry and then dab some Vaseline To make it shine. To make a matte finish just put some renew powder on the lips. I’ve heard people saying it. It will damage the doll oldest all I have is 6+ years low quality TPE Still no lipstick damage. Depending on how many times you make out with her you might have to do a touchup waterproof lipstick is the shit.but If you’re like me that uses them like models that lipstick will probably last you forever.

When it comes to lipsticks, classic lipsticks are used as standard. Better use regular lipstick type than liquid one. If you want the lipstick to last as long as possible, it is ideal to let it dry thoroughly, even for a few days or a week. Then it's harder to wash off. There are special colors for silicone, but for TPE material it is better to use regular makeup. If you do want to experiment with colors, I recommend using some colors without alcohol or acetone. It might damage the material.

In my experimenting, I’ve been able to make lip color last longer on TPE. Once you apply the lipstick, immediately apply a light coat of powder on the lips. Blow off any excess. Then apply a similar color of lip gloss and again add powder, blow off excess. Let it sit for a few hours to absorb into the TPE.

It will be somewhat lighter shade than when you started, so you might have to repeat the process. I only use this process to make my TPE heads have a more natural color. I’ve never attempted darker than a dark shade of pink.

Edit: If it helps, the lipstick and gloss brand I use for this process is Revlon

First a dark red for shadows and definition, red for main lips, then a bit of magenta for highlights. Naturally the base/highlight color combination depends on the desired final lip color. When comfortable I use hot air on the TPE until it surface melts/glistens. Spray it with iso alcohol and when dry then a light bit of iridescent white to add some glisten. Heat again to seal and finish with a mist of iso alcohol. I've found that a mist of iso on the hot TPE seems to surface flash set it. It retains its sheen and eliminates stickiness and need for powder there. Even when the face is full powdered the lips still shine.

Below is one I'm working on now and about halfway done on the lips. Left is before lip work, right is current in work. I'm still unsure if I will extend the lipstick to full lips, or let this one retain a visually smaller mouth.

Hope it helps.
Cheers!

How did I not see this technique before? I have never used oils.
I apologise for any late responses to users trying to communicate with me, as a certain Mod has decided he doesn't like how I talked in a particular post then decided to restrict me so I can post nothing without his permission. If I am banned for good, then best wishes to those I, and Aran, have met. May your futures with your dolls be good ones.

Many folks seem to get fixated on methods of painting their TPE doll to add realism. Then run into all kinds of problems when the paint does bond to the TPE.
Some run in to the problem of clothes staining their TPE. These stains are long lasting and take specific methods to remove.
Others have seen during hot air repairs that contaminants bonded into the hot TPE are quite difficult to remove.

I just decided to combine the last two "problems" to resolve the issue of face and body coloring.

So far it seems to work well.

Cheers!
