Finding a leotard/one piece for a piper iris 100cm

Well, like the title says I'm looking for a leotard or a one piece swimsuit for piper iris. She is 100cm tall, I measured her torso and it's only like a foot long. But of course she very much has a sex doll physique. Barely any torso but her boobs are huge in relation to every other part of her body. But she is so small that even then her boobs are really only a little more than a handful. Anyways this leaves me with the weird task of trying to find a leo/one piece that would actually fit her, and look hot. I did look a bit, but let's just say they don't exactly make thong leotards in that size. Measured from her shoulder to her crotch is only about a foot. Some site said that mattered for leos. They also referred to that measurement as "girth"....so yeah, lol. Actually that measurement requires one of those flexible tape measures, I only have the man version of that. The flexible girly kind is in the mail now so I'll be able to properly measure her.

If anybody has any leads on something like this by all means let me know. I think a long time ago I somehow figured out that she's a 3T size if that helps any. Though I'm not even sure of that.
