Thanks for the info.re the clothes and sizes, been in touch with Amazon and ordered the short pantie set amd a satin camisole tank top all ready for my doll, can't wait.

I don't agree that SM dolls, doll castles and XT dolls are only silicone dolls!

SM-160D hip circumference is 94cm (37 inches) according to the SM-doll website.
(I measured my doll and got 37 inches also.)

Has the weight reduction been properly tested for use? My CST doll has weight reduction and her skin started to decouple from the core after a few months of use. Total loss of my money.

2nd question: SM dolls are pigmented right, so the colour of the skin is not painted on? My Zelex is losing her paint, it's like she has Vitiligo disorder.

I'm a buyer, I'm looking for a brand that can deliver me a doll that is made for sex (even with weight reduction) and that doesn't lose her paint so pigmented silicone, also for ebony option so the brown skin should be pigmented and not painted on.

Panties are a bit of a problem with these dolls, because of the small waist.

But I think you will probably be OK with size 4 panties on the SM-160D.

fwiw: I just bought a pack of XS size panties, and they fit pretty well (there is a little bit of slack at the waist, in the back)

sahajprem-This is a shot of a girl with a 23 inch waist and 33.5-34 inch hips with a pair of #4 panities. She wore them well. I guess a lot has to do with the brand and style. I was more concerned about the difference in hips with the 160D being a big bigger. XS and #4 are the same thing?

I checked a couple sources, and size 4 is listed same size as XS.
