Starpery 171cm D-Cup (my first Starpery/Silicone)

In my search to find a suitable replacement to JY 170cm C-Cup Platinum TPE. Sadly she has become significantly floppy at all joints as well as I had to consistently repair her vaginal opening. I decided to take advantage of Starpery's July promotion and try out a head to toe silicone doll for once. So here's my experience from ordering to experimenting, to include photos of how she turned out.

I chose the vendor Fine Love Dolls. Though this vendor is not approved by TDF, I've done some research from previous customer experiences posted in this forum. Though I never found any bad info, I was still on the fence until I read a comment by WM confirming the vendor is credible and reliable.

The ordering process didn't go without flaws. I discovered an issue on their website when requesting features for the second head not appearing on the review order screen. I caught this as I noticed a significant price drop in the review. To make sure I was getting what I want from my order, I contacted the vendor and provided a screen recording of my step by step process when ordering. Not only did they help by adding on the features I wanted, they billed me the lower price rather than the full price. They also included extra gifts in the order which included a 3rd wig and possibly some other quality items - I'm not sure if this comes standard with Starpery, but in the box was a an actual hair brush rather than a cheap comb, silicone socks, & hanging equipment.

During my wait while the doll was in production, I kept in contact with the vendor throughout. As time got closer to the finishing of the doll, I requested to see the factory photos prior to shipping. Fine Love Dolls reminded me that silicone takes a little longer than TPE and that my doll was still in work. A day or 2 after their reply, I got home from work and found my Starpery had been delivered to my home. There was no factory photos to inspect. No notification that the doll was shipped. I'm not sure who dropped the ball on this one, but clearly there was some lost communication about my order between Starpery & Fine Love Dolls.

Upon the unboxing inspection, everything turned out alright. She had some greasy feel to her in some spots. No noticeable smell. I did make a recording of the un-opening to show the vendor if any flaws were found. The only "damage" I found was with the Rozanne head eyes. The spring behind each "quick moving" eye were either dislodged during shipment or not installed properly. I was able to remove the eyes from the head and replace the springs with cotton balls because I didn't want to risk damaging her implanted eyelashes and eye brows if the springs became dislodged again. The cotton ball treatment works just as good and fortunately no damage to the hair implants occurred during removal and installation. The Hedy head's eyes had no issues with the springs so I left them as is.

At first, I wasn't sure if the free gel butt feature was applied because her ass is pretty firm. But in comparison to the rest of her body, aside from the gel breasts, the ass was somewhat softer. In regards to the gel breasts, they significantly feel more odd to me than TPE gel breasts. Yes the breasts are more squishy, the silicone skin however makes them feel almost like water balloons, but balloons are extra thick skinned. The weight reduction feature is impressive. My JY doll is about the same height and build, but my guess she weighs about 90lbs / 41kg. Lifting my Starpery feels like 60lbs / 27kg. Her standing feet w/o bolts feels more like soft plastic rather than harder silicone. Not really complaining here since those feet serve their purpose well. I have yet to put her in high heels though. Her articulated fingers feature is functional, but they have slightly less range of articulation than other brands' articulated fingers. Still, they are manageable. The ROS feature is impressive. I can honestly say this after the experience, I can't go back to standard soft silicone or TPE heads. ROS has spoiled me until something new and approved comes along. And yes, my eyes and wallet are set on trying out Angel Kiss's new auto suction feature with their ROS heads.

As for her standard features, the method of rotating her wrists take some getting used to. With wrists on other brands, I bend the hand back or forward and then rotate. With Starpery, rotation comes first, then the bending of the hand depends on how the hand is aligned with the forearm. Range of motion with the hands is more limited than other brands, but again, still manageable within their limits. The feet cannot rotate at all, they can only be tilted up or down. Her LHP is excellent as they are easily accessible in any position.

My TPE vs Silicone experience goes like this. I kind of do like the "hard body" feel of Silicone when gripping the hips, but the softer TPE thighs, breasts, ass, and vagina just feels way more realistic. I also experience too much tightness when doing her from behind with her legs close together. She will squeeze out every inch I've got in her and it's not easy getting in there in the first place when compared to TPE. I think if there's one new place to apply gel in a silicone doll, it's the inside walls of the vagina and maybe even the anus to give the inside of her a softer, maybe more realistic feeling.. My final verdict is that all of my purchases from here on out are TPE bodies with ROS silicone heads.

And now on to my new doll which I have named Robyn.

Thank you for your review . Your comparisons between TPE and silicone are very interesting. Hybrid dolls are indeed an idea for combining the advantages of both materials. I wonder if TPE with weight reduction (as Starpery offers) manages to combine the firmness that simulates a real body with bones and the softness of certain parts of the body.

I think you’ll be a happy customer. While I did go with silicone, I can’t say I’m unsatisfied even though I think TPE would have been better. Silicone does have its pros, like being able to take a comfortable hot shower with her without worrying about hot water pitting on the skin. She’s easier to clean and the coloring doesn’t fade instantly. Still, TPE has the better sensation.

Also a pro… the benefit of owning a Starpery (from what I understand) grants better pricing on heads. The cost for purchasing a Starpery head without owning a Starpery doll is pretty steep as a deterrent against counterfeit dolls.

Thanks for taking the time to post this review. She looks beautiful but you confirm my fear with the current silicone - it still does not feel as real as powdered TPE. There are limitations in both and nothing lasts forever but silicone will never have the elasticity of TPE in the areas where it matters.

Just a small update after having her for about a month. I already have to repair her. Apparently the silicone is a bit thin at the elbows and the skeleton punctured through. Fortunately it’s a rather small hole that silicone glue can fix.

Also one of the finger tips has a pin point puncture by the articulated metal.

On a positive note. I tried having her stand in heels. Can’t quite get the balance for her to stand on her own, but no other issues thanks to the harder standing feet without bolts. She does look amazing in them. If only her damned tight vagina would stop fighting with me though. Understandable however as I believe it helps minimize gaping.

You won’t be disappointed by the looks. As for function, I’m not sure if your member has to be in a certain Goldilocks range for length and girth to enjoy it. I’ve read a comment somewhere in this forum where a customer felt an ROS head didn’t work out for him, but I don’t remember if it was a Starpery ROS or some other brand. I believe it was about the throat being too tapered for his size. I personally enjoy the sensation and I’m slightly bigger than average. She can’t swallow all of me, but she can accomplish a depth that many real women I’ve been with we’re comfortable achieving. The only disappointment I have is the tongue. Though soft, it doesn’t feel thick enough or long enough for kissing. It’s certainly not thick enough for a tongue piercing. This is just my opinion. There may be a customer out there who enjoys tongue kissing a Starpery ROS.

I believe they’re made out of TPL like fleshlights. They mostly stay in place of the TPE mouth when in use, but there are times when I’ve had to adjust the positioning. It hasn’t caused any damage to any of the TPE heads I’ve used them and keep them in.

I’m a little cautious about attempting to use on either of my Starpery ROS heads since the have more room for movement and losing position in the oral cavity. I’m afraid more movement with it pierced may cause damage within the mouth. I still feel I should just give it a try sometime though.
