The head is hard silicone but you can love her, cuddle her, give her kisses. Ok, different from soft TPE or soft silicone (haven't tried yet), but I have three Irontech silicone girls now and love them all. I'm used to the slightly harder head now. They are tasty in their own way. And Celine just asks for a kiss. She's so hot.
