Any luck yet? Im trying to reach them too. I think this is an important matter. When you buy something as expensive as these dolls are, you expect to get some after sales service or help if something goes wrong.

I need to get in contact directly with the manufacturer Sino, but they still havent responded.

Correct. Still nothing. CNY is not a viable excuse. I've been trying to reach Sino for months at this point. They're just ignoring me (and my vendor, apparently).

Thats very sad to hear. If they want to keep their custumers (and gain new ones) they should at least answer the email.
