Many thanks to Irontech Doll that the did it before chinese new year
so curiosity increases. First of all i have to say thank you for the very good accompaniment from the Rosemarydoll Team, great job, all questions answered very quickly and the try to find always a good way for both sides if something isn`t available at the moment , in my case it was the nail color and wig of the second head. All around an A+++ for them from me at the sales and production phase.
To the config of my doll. I choose the 164cm full silicone doll "Ivy Sweet" and sure i was a bit insecure about the weight of the doll, but till now a weight reducing isn`t available for these dolls from irontech, but finally all features are available for this model
So you have to make compromises
and by the way you won`t do athletic sports with them 
so i can handle it.Config is:
- I kept the original head (think it is S23) and choose S40 for the second head
- Both heads are soft ones
- I kept the original wig too for first head, for second wig i chose curly brown one but only black was in stock
but they offer me a compromise , thanks to that- Gel breast ( (chose ultrasoft breasts but deselected it after a short info from vendor that the doll cannot lay at stomach side then)

- Vagina fixed (because of Auto sucking feature)
