When we discover a problem, we will deal with it and improve it immediately instead of turning a blind eye. The customer's experience must come first.

I can attest to that. They made three bodies for me because they weren’t happy with the quality of the first two, and when the “interactive feedback legs” hip joint broke, they owned it and will get it resolved. I can’t think of anyone else I will buy dolls from. Not to mention they make gorgeous bodies and heads!!! And are very innovative.
